Worked as a Consultant on multiple infrastructure projects funded by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank, IsDB, and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Recognized for professional commitment with a prestigious fellowship in 2022, holding a Master’s Certificate in Sustainable Development and Financing from the Schulich School of Business and a Master’s in Professional Accounting from the University of Canberra, Australia.

Over 15 years of extensive experience in handling legal aspects of public-private partnerships, procurement documents, policies and legal documentation.​

Have extensive knowledge and expertise in multiple sectors including power and energy, transport, health, civil accommodation, water and waste management.

Member, Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and member, Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association.

Affiliate, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)

Over 12 years of extensive hands-on experience in public-private partnerships, infrastructure project procurement, project management, project financing, and corporate training.
